Ancerre Designs Shipping, Recieving, and Returns Policy

Inspect Shipment: We carefully inspect each item prior to shipment to ensure that you received our products in perfect condition. Upon receipt of your order, please inspect all packaging for any signs of visible damage. Mark down specifically the pieces & signs of damages before signing off on the receipt.

Damage Claim: Please report damages or missing items within 5 days of receipt to the merchant where you purchased our products.

Return Policy: You may return an item within 30 days of receipt. Items MUST be in it’s original packaging and original condition. We will credit or refund back after we received the items back to our facility undamaged. We encourage that you insure your return shipment back to us. A restocking fee of 25% will be applied to all returns that are not considered defects (see warranty). Custom orders cannot be cancelled, returned or refunded.

Freight: Curbside Delivery only. Remote areas that are defined by our preferred carriers are subject to additional delivery fees. Unfortunately we can not ship to the following areas: Canada, Guam, Puerto Rico, Hawaii, Alaska and the Virgin Islands. Please note we can not ship to PO Boxes address
